The Lodge can sleep up to 30 guests. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 toilets, 6 showers, and 2 sets of washers and dryers.

When staying at The Millhouse Lodge you have the option to rent the entire house or just the main floor. This allows you to use only the space you need to accommodate your wedding party. There is a 2-night minimum rental.

A beautiful, convenient, and affordable place for you and your entire wedding party, or friends and family to stay. Charming accents include a working waterwheel, handcrafted ironwork, and custom built timber furniture, all surrounded by quaint farm animals, wide open fields and the majestic beauty of the Smoky Mountains. This large timber structure is just a short walk from the wedding and reception sites and also makes a great location for welcome parties, after-parties, or brunches.

- Master Bedroom: 1 King sized bed, private bath
- Secondary Bedroom: 2 Queen sized beds, private bath

Four Total Bedrooms, Four Toilets each w/floor length privacy doors, Four Private Showers, and a Washer and Dryer.

- First Bedroom on right: 1 Queen, 4 bunks (4 twins, 2 sets)
- First Bedroom on Left: 1 Queen, 4 bunks (4 twins, 2 sets)
- Second Bedroom on right: 1 King, 4 bunks (4 twins, 2 sets)
- Second Bedroom on left: 6 bunks (6 twins, 3 sets)

Rates

Two Night Minimum- Early check in and late check-out can be arranged for $25 per hour.

Check in: 4:00 p.m. - Check out: 11:00 a.m.

Main Floor Only:

Friday through Sunday: $350 per night plus 11% state and county occupancy tax, cleaning fee of $125

Monday through Thursday: $300 per night plus 11% state and county occupancy tax, cleaning fee of $125

Entire House:

Friday through Sunday: $800 per night plus 11% state and county occupancy tax, cleaning fee of $325

Monday through Thursday: $680 per night plus 11% state and county occupancy tax, cleaning fee of $325

With any two night rental, a third night can be added for only $400 plus tax
